They are issued in the third week of the month

They provide you with an indication of what you need to do by when, the regulatory citation, a link to the report with further details and a link to the underlying regulatory text. Regulatory Register
ENHESA EHS Regulatory Register was specifically designed to ensure conformity with the requirements of both ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. But more importantly, its purpose is to assist users to ensure full compliance with appropriate EHS requirements by developing and maintaining up to date a full registry of the applicable EHS laws and regulations of the countries in which the company operates, with an abstract of what it requires from the company. It is a dynamic tool that allows the user to tailor the register to his facility and to integrate it with the facility management system.

Audit Protocol
The EHS Audit Protocols provide you with a tool to systematically review and analyse compliance with EHS regulatory requirements. Each Audit Protocol is composed of 10 thematic modules. The introduction to a module provides an overview of the applicable legislation, key compliance definitions, items to consider getting in advance or have the facility prepare and abbreviations used. The Rulebook details the regulatory compliance questions and for each question there is a guide note. The Audit Protocol also includes a Country Introduction and the list of EHS legislation with hyperlinks to the full text where available.

ScoreCards
The ScoreCard is an Excel spreadsheet with the compliance questions and citations from the Rulebook of the Audit Protocol. It comes with a simple scoring/reporting mechanism (more developed scoring mechanisms can also be developed). The ScoreCard is a tool that comes as a complement to the Audit Protocol. It allows you to track the issues still to be reviewed during the audit, summarizes the main findings and allows a score to be awarded to the facility.

The Country EHS legislation provides the customer with a list of relevant Environmental, Health & Safety legislation and regulations. The list identifies the title with the date of adoption and the date of the latest amendment. Where feasible, links have been added to copies of legislation where they are available in electronic format. The list is provided together with any of the above services. issue that may arise. It ensures that urgent issues are addressed promptly
and makes the Enhesa expertise, knowledgebase and network available to ensure
