EHS Quality Program Manager
Enhesa is currently seeking an experienced EHS professional to oversee the company's quality program for all of its services. The Quality Program Manager will be responsible for the overall quality of work implementing programs and procedures to review and verify all work before delivery to our clients to ensure the work meets Enhesa standards. The Quality Program Manager will also serve in a senior advisory role to answer questions and train consultants on EHS topics so they can effectively communicate EHS obligations to our clients.

Requirements for this position:
Primary Duties: The Quality Program Manager will oversee Enhesa's quality program across all services. Examples of the main responsibilities include:
Work with Enhesa's service managers and operations manager to establish and implement Enhesa's quality program. Rolling out the quality program to all Enhesa services and making Quality Control (QC) consistent across all Enhesa services.Oversee a team of Enhesa's more experienced consultants (QC Team) to delegate QC responsibilities and ensure that QC is properly carried out and implemented Conduct QC of documents written by Enhesa consultants, and provide feedback so that they can make corrections to ensure final documents meet Enhesa standards; Serve as the go-to person for consultants or QCers who have questions about EHS requirements and policies;Conduct training sessions for consultants on important and up-and-coming EHS issues to ensure they understand the issues, how they will impact Enhesa's clients and how to convey the implications to our clients effectively;Train and mentor Enhesa staff in EHS compliance auditing;Develop and maintain internal guidance and training documents Identify consultants who are qualified to perform QC for Enhesa's services, and conduct training sessions on how to perform QC.Track the progress of the Quality Program; convey the results to the Operations Manager and program managers; and develop ways to continually improve the program; Qualifications: The preferred candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
Professional Experience: At least 7 years of full-time professional experience in managing or advising private companies on EHS compliance matters and/or carrying out EHS compliance audits.
Understanding of the regulatory requirements facing an industrial facility or commercial facility. This includes making assessments of what legal requirements apply to a facility; ensuring compliance with applicable requirements; educating colleagues about EHS obligations; and demonstrating compliance to regulatory authorities. Examples include EHS management at the corporate or site level; responsibility for an EHS auditing program; project management for large-scale developments with significant environmental impacts; and/or similar responsibilities. Familiarity and experience with ISO 9000 may be a benefitEducation: Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree in environmental management, engineering, science, law or a similar field.
Educational experience should demonstrate a formal education in EHS law and sufficient technical knowledge to understand the EHS issues that face an industrial or commercial company.Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial. The ideal candidate must demonstrate an ability to understand complex EHS issues and communicate them to laypersons in plain language. Demonstrated ability to train and communicate on complex EHS issues. Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills are essential. Mastery of the English language - both written and oral - is required. Additional languages may be a bonus.
Certifications: Candidates with EHS auditor certification or EHS management certification from a recognized certification body will receive preference (e.g. BEAC, AIHA, RABQSA, EARA, IEMA, IOSH, etc.).

Deputy Operations Manager
Enhesa is looking to strengthen its Operations Management team by appointing someone to take the lead on its operations in the US, and to support global operations. This will involve work on the following:

EHS Regulatory Consultant for Australia
Enhesa is seeking one or more environmental, health and safety professionals to work in our Australia team. This consultant may also be required to research environment, health and safety requirements in other countries where official documents are published in English, such as the Philippines or Hong Kong.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

GLOBAL EHS REGULATORY CONSULTANTS (CHINA, KOREA OR THAILAND) -THREE POSITIONS
Enhesa, Inc., a global environmental, health and safety consultancy, is seeking to hire 3 Global EHS Regulatory Consultants for its Washington, DC office
Requirements:
Master's degree in EHS Studies, Legal or related field. Also required are familiarity with primary, secondary and tertiary sources of information concerning EHS laws and regulations and how they are implemented and enforced; knowledge of the legal system of The Republic of China, Korea, or Thailand; strong written communications skill with the ability to express complex regulatory information to a diverse readership including technical, legal, financial and managerial disciplines in client organizations; demonstrated ability in oral delivery of client reports and other presentations; demonstrated ability to quickly and accurately determine state EHS requirements relevant to specific client activities; some knowledge of how policies and laws are implemented in practice; demonstrated experience in compliance matters, including who the competent EHS authorities are and how they operate. Applicants must have legal authority to work in the United States.
Duties:
Monitor, analyze and report on new EHS regulatory and policy developments. Maintain and develop compliance assurance tools for the specific country of expertise at Federal and State level in standard company formats, including compliance audit protocols and checklists APs; narrative profiles of EHS administrations and regulatory requirements CPs; and electronic libraries of EHS regulatory texts for specific operations and facilities (Regulatory Registers or RRs). Respond to client questions on EHS requirements and programs quickly and in a cost-effective manner, including helpline and specific consulting assignments. May assist with EHS compliance audits and phase I preliminary environmental site assessments for property transfers.
