The Enhesa Helpline Service provides a rapid response to regulatory questions. A Helpline project involves any additional regulatory support needed from our EHS regulatory experts, and is a cost-effective way to achieve clarification and explanations for urgent, detailed and/or nuanced regulatory requirements worldwide.
How is the service delivered?
Enhesa’s Helpline Support operates on an hourly basis. Companies contract a retainer of hours and any projects requested will be done immediately, unless the nature of the project exceeds 8 hours. Projects requiring 8 or more hours will require additional consultation by our team so as to provide you with the most accurate timetable for project completion.
Helpline projects are tailored to client needs, therefore the service can be delivered through a variety of mediums, such as online client websites, Adobe PDF or Microsoft Excel files, web-conferences, and more.
