Jenny (1)

Expert Services Manager

Jenny Vuorenlinna joined Enhesa in 2022. She holds a Master’s Degree in Law and now supports the team as an Expert Services Manager. Prior to joining the Expert Services team, she worked as a Senior Consultant for Finland and Sweden, also focusing on sustainability topics.

In regulatory compliance, Jenny feels that the most important part of her work is translating complex information into understandable guidance for businesses to help them operate safely and sustainably. This helps to ensure that businesses meet all necessary requirements to protect both their employees and the environment. This contribution not only allows businesses to maintain regulatory compliance and avoid potential penalties but also fosters a safer and healthier work environment, ultimately benefiting society by promoting sustainable practices and reducing environmental impact.

As Expert Services Manager, Jenny enjoys working in an international environment with her very knowledgeable Enhesa colleagues and keeping abreast of national and international developments in EHS and ESG regulations

The ESG topic she is most passionate about is worker protection and safety, which is essential for everyone. Jenny is also passionate about climate and biodiversity. Every individual should be able to feel safe at work and work under fair conditions, regardless of their background. Another topic that she has always found fascinating is human rights, specifically the impact of corporate activities on human rights and how businesses can improve to better respect human rights.

When asked about her hopes and vision for the future, Jenny responded, “I hope that all companies, especially large multinational enterprises, will consistently prioritize EHS concerns. I also hope environmental, and climate considerations will take on an even greater role across industries, ensuring long-term sustainability and creating thriving workplaces.”

Jenny believes that there is always something new to learn and explore.
