Fernanda is an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) consultant and lawyer with 8 years of legal practice, specializing in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and ESG strategies. Her legal background includes expertise in tax, administrative, and corporate law, developed through years of public sector experience in Brazil. She holds a master’s in international and European law (cum laude) from Ghent University, where she deepened her understanding of EU policies and cross-border regulatory frameworks.
