Stephanie Wainio graduated from Plymouth State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. With a robust background in toxicology and quality assurance, Stephanie has held the position of Toxicology Specialist at Enhesa since April 2022. In this position, she leverages SciveraLens software to evaluate chemicals and their effects on human and environmental health, providing essential analyses of textile products. Her role also includes analyzing textile products for chemical impact and screened chemistry scores while collaborating with clients to enhance supply chain transparency.
Before working at Enhesa, Stephanie worked at Smithers Viscient, where she held various roles, including as Study Director. In this capacity, she oversaw operations in the terrestrial toxicology lab, managed client communications, and ensured compliance with GLP and regulatory guidelines.
Stephanie holds certifications in Lean Sigma (ASQ Certified Yellow Belt) and is well-versed in ISO 9001, GLP/GMP, and regulatory guidelines from EPA, FDA, and OECD. She is skilled in statistical analysis, document management, and interpreting complex data.
