Kaitlyn represents clients in litigation relating to chemicals in the environmental, including enforcement and regulatory matters under TSCA, FIFRA, CERCLA, and CAA, and advises clients on TSCA regulatory reporting. She represents clients in major contamination cases under the hazardous waste and Superfund laws concerning alleged environmental releases and defends clients in complex product liability matters relating to the presence of certain chemicals in products.

Seth Goldberg
Shareholder, Greenberg Traurig, LLP
Seth focuses his practice on a broad range of chemical regulatory, environmental, and life sciences matters. His chemical regulatory practice is built on an understanding of federal and state regulatory programs, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and California Proposition 65. He also has experience with regulatory regimes in other jurisdictions, such as biocides, plant protection products, and general chemical regulation (REACH) in the European Union, as well as similar programs in China.
