See our at-a-glance survey results around priorities for solutions in chemical management programs.
The eighth edition of the Chemicals Management Software Guide, by Enhesa Product Intelligence, empowers chemical management professionals with insights into available software solutions for compliance.
Results are collected and analyzed from a broad survey that covers key sectors. One aspect of the guide is to understand what’s most important to the community in terms of desired functions for compliance.
Here, we share some insightful results around trends to do with industry needs.
We asked how important specific areas were for companies’ chemical management programs and the results demonstrated clear indicators of what’s considered most critical.
Four categories were explored: regulatory compliance, hazard communication, chemical safety assessment and product stewardship. Results showed how important the various software functions were under each category for chemical management programs.
For regulatory compliance, the following functions were rated ‘very important’ or ‘important’ by 90% or more respondents: data management, compliance assurance, regulatory management and product compliance.
