A webinar in our 101-level series, brought to you by Enhesa Product Intelligence, this session will provide the latest proposed and enacted requirements for electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) worldwide, including information technology equipment, appliances, audio/video equipment, lamps and lighting and more.
Attendees will hear about policy areas such as:
- global PFAS proposals and enactments likely to impact EEE;
- POPs controls in the EU, Taiwan and Vietnam;
- withdrawal of energy efficiency regulations in the US, as well as expansion of such regulations in Canada;
- labeling relevant to EEE, such as “Made in USA” in the US, greenwashing enforcement in the UK and Argentina’s Mark of Conformity for EEE; and
- right-to-repair proposals and enactments in US states like Washington and Oregon.
