Discover how legal and sustainability leaders can reduce wasted effort and boost future-readiness

As ESG and sustainability regulations evolve — and deregulation renders others obsolete — knowing what matters next is key.

Join us on Tuesday 24 June as we explore how foresight, horizon scanning, and emerging litigation trends are reshaping risk at the C-level. Gain insights into how ESG regulation differs in countries around the world — including which are likely to stay or fade — and gain a clear understanding of the impact ESG regulation can have on supply chains across different regions.

We’ll also be welcoming guest speaker, Professor Abigail L Fleming from the University of Miami, School of Law, who will provide perspective and insight on how universities are preparing the next generation — teaching horizon-scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis to close the talent gap and inform future policy.

Plus, see a live demo of Enhesa’s Sustainability Forecaster tool — helping you visualize what’s coming with regulatory insights from our legal experts.
