Interpreting Your Assessment Results
After you create your Formulation or look up CAS RNs, you can access the list screening results and comprehensive Chemical Hazard Assessment results for each Formulation under the Details tab. Please review our chapter on Assessments.
Several other dashboards are available to help summarize assessment results based on certain criteria (a filtered set of lists or endpoints, etc.). We can create program-specific dashboards for clients through our Expert Services team. Please let us know if you’re interested in one of our summarized or program-specific dashboards.
Dashboards
The Details Dashboard is our main view in SciveraLENS, and it provides detailed results for each CAS RN and an easy way to review list screening and chemical hazard assessment results for each chemical.
Within the Details Dashboard, you will be able to view:
- Row numbers (applicable in Formulation views) serve as a reference point for each chemical in a Formulation, including redacted chemicals
- CAS RN
- Common Name
- Imported (applicable in Formulation views) shows whether the CAS RN was entered directly into the formulation as a listed CAS RN or if it was linked through an existing formulation or request
- % of the CAS RN as entered in the formulation. Percentages are adjusted for linked formulations based on the % for the CAS RN and the total percentage of the linked formulation.
- List summarizes the worst list hit for the chemical based on the lists selected for screening
- HC is our Hazard Category or overall summary hazard score for the chemical
- V shows whether our Toxicology team has verified an assessment
- Endpoint assessments are shown, one per column, starting with Human Health attributes, then Environmental Fate attributes, and then other endpoints
Underneath the visual assessment table, you’ll also be able to view specific details related to the list screening results:
- Lists selected for screening
- List hits by CAS RN
- List hits by list
Make sure to check out our detailed Assessment summary in the User Guide, which includes tips on how to interpret your report.
The Summary Dashboard will give you a “roll up” score for each child- or sub-formulation in your Formulation. For example, if you create a Formulation and have included some Received Formulations or Requests, you will see a summary line for each, with an overall list screening and Hazard Category (“HC”) result for each component. In addition, we’ve included a donut chart to help you visualize a summary % by HC score. The % is based on the summary score rather than the individual CAS RN scores.
The SciveraLENS Dashboard was created to provide a simplified and prioritized view of assessment results. It includes a column for screening against priority lists as defined by our team of experts and external consultants, the HC score for each chemical, and the verified status for each. To view the lists included in screening for this dashboard, click the Lists Selected for Assessment tab under the table.
We also have program-specific dashboards to help users preview EIM scoring, Screened Chemistry scoring, and other organization-specific dashboards. Please let us know if you want to learn about creating a program-specific dashboard.
