Activating your Account and Setting your Password
When your SciveraLENS subscription is set up, you’ll receive two emails from our team (make sure to check your SPAM, junk, or promotions tabs if you can’t find them):
- a confirmation email about the set up of your subscription
- an invitation email to confirm and activate your new SciveraLENS account
In this second email marked Action Needed, find the link that says, “Confirm my account” and click it. The link will bring you to your SciveraLENS account setup page. Please keep in mind that this link does expire. If you have not completed the confirmation process before the link expires, you can always request a new confirmation link on the SciveraLENS login page.
You’ll need to set a secure password and select your time zone. When ready, click “Take me to my new SciveraLENS account.” This will bring you to our Web Services Agreement. If you have already agreed to our Master Services Agreement and Terms & Conditions, this option may be turned off. Upon acceptance, you will land on the SciveraLENS Overview page.
Once you have completed these steps, you will have activated your new SciveraLENS account. You can log in to the system anytime to complete your chemical data gathering, assessment, and sustainable chemistry work.
Keep your password secure and remember that your login is for your individual use—do not share your user account or password with anyone (if you need additional users, please let us know so we can update your account and subscription). You’ll use your username or email address and this password each time you log in to SciveraLENS. If you forget your password, don’t worry! We’ve included a convenient “Forgot Password?” link on our login page that will allow you to reset your password.
You can log in anytime by visiting the Enhesa website and selecting “Client log-in” at the top of the homepage or visiting the SciveraLENS login page.
Managing your Account
Once logged into your SciveraLENS account, look for a circular icon with your initials. This is your account profile, where you can check your access and manage your account details.
To manage your SciveraLENS account information and subscription, click this circle where you’ll see a menu that includes options for you to
- Edit Profile
- Change Password
- Subscription
- Logout
Edit Profile:
Within the Profile section, you can manage your username, your first name, last name, time zone, and language. Because your SciveraLENS account is directly linked to the email address you used when you signed up for your SciveraLENS account, you won’t be able to edit your email address. Note – if your email address changes or you need to transfer your subscription to another user, please let us know by emailing sustainablechemistry.support@enhesa.com, and we can help update your account as needed. We recommend checking and updating this section when logging in so we have your correct contact information. Please ensure that your name and organization are accurate, as these are used when we create certificates, reports, and periodic emails regarding updates to the tool.
Change Password:
For security purposes, you will be prompted to update your password periodically. If you would like to update your password proactively, make sure you have your current password. You will be prompted to enter your old and new passwords twice before saving.
As you set your password, there are certain criteria to keep in mind for optimum security:
- Passwords must be 10 characters length at least.
- Passwords must contain at least one numeric character.
- Passwords must contain at least one capital and one lowercase character.
- Passwords must contain at least one of the following special characters: / ! @ # ( ) ? = $ % & + – *
Keep your password secure and remember that your login is for your individual use. Do not share your user account or password with anyone. You’ll use your username or email address and this password each time you log in to SciveraLENS. If you forget your password, don’t worry! We’ve included a convenient “Forgot Password?” link on our login page that will allow you to reset your password.
Subscription:
Here, you can view your subscription details (which plan you’ve purchased) and your renewal date. You will also see how many unique chemicals or CAS RNs are included with your account/subscription and how many unique CAS RNs or chemicals you have used toward that total. If you’re close to your limit and need more CAS RNs, let our Customer Support team know; they can help upgrade your subscription.
