Jillian Bernstein

Jillian works as an Expert Services Manager at Enhesa’s Arlington, VA office. Her team is responsible for helping Enhesa’s biggest clients manage their ongoing EHS regulatory compliance by providing Regulatory Compliance Verification audits, Regulatory Risk Gap Assessments, Applicability Screening Assistance and a suite of other services. Jillian previously worked as both an EHS Regulatory Consultant and Audit Manager/Auditor for Enhesa. Jillian received both a Juris Doctor degree and a Master’s degree in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School in 2013. Jillian is licensed to practice law in New York.

Tjeerd Hendel-Blackford

For almost two decades, Tjeerd has been assisting multinational companies in managing compliance with environmental, health and safety laws and regulations at the corporate, regional and site-level globally. Tjeerd has held various roles during his 17 years at Enhesa, beginning as a Regulatory Analyst , then Quality Control and Project Management. Before his current role he led Enhesa’s Business Development and Account Management activities outside of North America. Currently, as Head of Thought Leadership, he facilitates, coordinates and creates educational content that reflects Enhesa’s expertise and also regularly represents Enhesa by speaking and attending EHS-related conferences and events globally. A joint Dutch/British national, Tjeerd holds an LLB in European Law from the University of Warwick and an LLM from the College of Europe in Bruges.
