Dr Evgeniy Lubalin, Medical Director - International SOS
Dr Lubalin is a general practitioner with more than 18 years of experience in emergency medicine in Russia, Ukraine and other CIS and former Soviet republics. His wealth of experience with organisations includes leading site health reviews and risk assessments, and the development of emergency-response procedures.

Katsiaryna Anoshka, EHS Regulatory Consultant - Enhesa
After gaining her Bachelor’s Law degree in Belarus, Katsiaryna continued her studies in Deusto University in Bilbao, Spain. Later on, she obtained an LL.M. degree from Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. Before joining Enhesa Katsiaryna completed a traineeship at the European Parliament and the lobbying law firm Alber & Geiger, which inter alia involved comprehensive work on EU environmental policy. While in Belarus, she worked at the OSCE and the Office for European Expertise and Communication, where she dealt extensively with EHS legislation of CIS countries.
