The International Labour Organization (ILO) has selected climate change and safety and health at work as the theme for World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2024. 

This #safeday focuses on workers’ exposure to risks such as excessive heat, ultraviolet radiation, extreme weather events, air pollution, vector-borne diseases and agrochemicals. It aims to highlight the increasing hazards faced by workers around the world, contextualizing the need for better regulation and compliance around occupational health and safety.
