“Our main sites are in Italy, which has experienced rapid growth. Over the period of a few years, it has expanded into UK, USA, and others European countries, where it was not present before; which makes it complex to understand and implement all the legal requirements necessary,” explained Testa.

“The system is now in place, and it’s easy to see what the legal requirements are for each country. It’s an important part of the management system. We use the legal requirements register, the dashboard with the requirements where we check if laws are applicable or not and which actions are required or not, and the legislation.”
