Environmental Policy

Enhesa is the leading provider of regulatory and non-regulatory intelligence. As such, Enhesa’s mission is to empower businesses to create a more sustainable future, which is why we also take action to create a more sustainable future.

Enhesa recognizes that everyone plays a role in taking care of the environment and Enhesa’s activities can have an environmental impact. Enhesa’s top management commits to preventing and minimizing the negative impact of its activities on the environment.

Scope and commitment

This policy applies to all Enhesa, Enhesa entities and subsidiaries, over which Enhesa has control over as well as people or entities working for or rendering a service for any of the aforementioned.

Enhesa commits to:

  • Protect the environment and prevent pollution from the activities carried out by Enhesa
  • Comply with applicable legislation and where possible going beyond legislation by applying best practices
  • Implement a system to manage environmental compliance and performance
  • Continual improvement of its environmental performance and against any targets set
  • Actively promote reuse and recycling both internally and amongst its customers and suppliers
  • Conduct our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory year on year
  • Minimize our GHG emissions from our activities in line with science based targets
  • Raising awareness among employees about energy saving measures
  • Avoiding the use of single-use plastics for use in office by replacing them with table-ware
  • Ensure environmentally sound disposal of waste
  • Consider environmental aspects (e.g. access to public transport, biodiversity) and energy performance when opening or changing offices
  • Minimize waste from our activities
  • Ensure environmental criteria, including sharing of information on GHG, commitments and actions to reduce environmental impact among other aspects are taken into account in procurement decisions
