Ana Sofia Rolim

Ana Sofia Rolim has been with Enhesa since September 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) and a Master of Law Degree (LLM) in International Business Law. She has transitioned through roles as a consultant and Regional Expert, and now proudly supports the team as Innovation Lead.

In her role, Ana Sofia combines her passion for sustainability with emerging technologies, focusing on the intersection of AI, sustainability, and regulation. She believes that Enhesa’s role is vital in helping companies achieve ambitious environmental goals, such as zero emissions, while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory landscapes.

Ana Sofia enjoys working in Enhesa’s multicultural environment, which provides abundant opportunities for growth. She feels that her area of expertise is constantly evolving, making the role more appealing and challenging. 

When asked about her hopes and vision for the future, Ana Sofia said, “ I see a future where AI accelerates sustainable change, enabling businesses to meet sustainability goals while fostering healthier workplaces and a better planet. It’s all about creating practical, actionable pathways for the next generation of leaders to integrate sustainability into their core strategies.” 

Ana Sofia believes that her work at Enhesa and the work of her peers will continue to shape the direction of companies toward a sustainable and tech-driven future.
