Ana Sofia Rolim

Ana Sofia Rolim has been with Enhesa since 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) and a Master of Law Degree (LLM) in International Business Law. She now proudly supports the team as Innovation Lead. 

By helping companies achieve several environmental goals, including zero emissions, Ana Sofia strives to get companies closer to their sustainability goals. She believes that Enhesa’s role is vital in explaining to companies the rights of workers and the best way to respect these rights, such as resting hours, rights at work, safety, etc.. 

Ana Sofia enjoys working in the multicultural Enhesa environment that gives you a lot of opportunities to grow. She feels that her area of expertise is always evolving, making the role more appealing and challenging. 

The EHS and ESG topics she is most passionate about are health and safety in the workplace, labor law, and human rights. 

When asked about her hopes and vision for the future, Ana Sofia said, “ I see a future with more sustainable goals that are achieved on time (or even before). I hope that the sustainability industry keeps growing and expanding its horizons to reach the next generation of consultants, workers, and CEOs to help them see the importance of sustainability rules and regulations. To help the next generation not just talk about these topics but also create a healthier workplace, environment, and, in general, planet.” 

Ana Sofia believes that her work at Enhesa and the work of her peers will continue to shape the direction of companies toward a sustainable future.
