Elaine Ye
Senior Expert Services Manager

Elaine Ye has been with Enhesa since 2016. She holds the role of Senior Expert Services Manager, working directly with clients to develop tailored strategies and roadmaps for organizational ESG and EHS programs, and assist ESG/EHS managers in achieving their compliance goals.
Elaine’s educational background is with George Washington Law School (J.D.) and Michigan State University (Economics, B.S.). She has also received the D.C. Bar Admission and an OSHA-10 certificate of training.
She has been featured in many of the industry’s top publications, including the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources; the American Industrial Hygiene Associations-Product Stewardship Society; and has contributed to several articles and publications within Enhesa’s content library.
When asked which subject areas she is most passionate about, Elaine lists ESG disclosure, sustainability management, EHS and product regulatory compliance as her top categories of interest.
Elaine’s hope for the future is to integrate ESG values in business visions through better ESG management, especially in emerging industries and economies, and to assist in transforming compliance management strategies.
