Nathaniel Gajasa
Regional Expert – US

Nathaniel Gajasa holds a J.D. with a concentration in Environmental Law from University of Maryland, Carey School of Law. He also has a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University – Newark.
In his role as Regional Expert for the US, Nathaniel helps companies prepare for new environmental, health, and safety regulations for their workplaces. He also helps them better understand existing regulations and how to comply with them.
Nathaniel’s work is important because when companies have a clear understanding of these rules, they’re much more likely to meet or exceed those requirements. In EHS, that translates to saved lives and a healthier environment.
Nathaniel feels grateful to be working in a legal field where new and meaningful things are happening every day. He is particularly passionate about topics related to climate change, air emissions, and especially any issues of environmental justice.
His vision for the future is for every company that relies on Enhesa’s work to do right not only for their employees, but for the communities they serve and the natural environment they rely on.
